Orange Cake | Super Easy Orange Cake Without Fail
Ingredients:
210 g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
250g sugar
Pinch of salt
120 ml of milk
2 eggs
Rinds of 2 oranges
1½ to 2 oranges juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
110 g melted butter
Method:

Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla essence and orange rind. Mix well.
Prepare baking tin with greaseproof baking paper.
Pour the mixture into a baking tin Bake at 180° C for 35 to 40 minutes.
Once the cake has completely cooled, poke holes all over the top with a wooden skewer.
Let it soak into the cake.
Use the juice of the orange as icing.
